Scope

These Terms govern the provision of SEO audits, keyword research, strategy planning, WordPress builds, link-building, and related services by DeluxeWEB.

Proposals & fees

Each engagement is defined by a written proposal specifying deliverables, timelines, and fees. Unless stated otherwise, estimates exclude taxes.

Client obligations

• Provide timely access to required systems and data.
• Ensure content supplied does not infringe third-party rights.
• Appoint a single point of contact for decisions.

IP & licenses

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to deliverables. Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

Links & compliance

All link-building is performed using white-hat practices. We do not operate or endorse link schemes that violate search engine guidelines.

Confidentiality

Both parties will keep confidential information private and use it solely for the engagement.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential damages are excluded. Liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with 14 days’ notice if not cured. Accrued fees remain payable.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Courts of Kaunas have exclusive jurisdiction.
